Scope of work for the project includes construction of a water treatment plant and a 500 m³-water tower at Panomtuan Water Purification Plant, 3,000 and 1,500 m³ reservoirs at Uthong Water Distribution Stations, a 500 m³-water tower and two government residential units at Toong Kok Water Distribution Station, and installatins new water transmission pipelines.
