This project requires an urgent extension of 7 km water pipelines that had to be completed within 3 months after the commencement date to help resolve water shortage in the area. The project also includes modification of the existing water treatment plan from 48,000 m³ per day to 84,000 m³ per day and construction of a 10,000-m³ water reservior.
